The plants are exploding in this tank! Which is fantastic as I am using it to stock the guppy gorge with plants 🌱

Teddy
I noticed today that our snail Teddy, has passed away. He hasn’t moved in a couple days and I found him on his back this morning. Candy, Miso and Dolobra are all thriving.

Tiger barbs only
For this tank, I am going to only have the tiger barbs in it as they are semi aggressive fish and the bio load would be well over capacity with more then the current school. May potentially add more plants but as of now it is fully stocked the way I…

Tank cycling
Hit 0ppm on ammonia and nitrite today! Tiger barbs are doing amazing and plants seem to be coming along as well.

Co2 tabs were added to the tank as well as a new plant

We have a Fluval AC 50 filter in our 20Gal tank. Works quite well.

New light
A stronger light was added to the tank to progress plant growth! Settings have been changed on the light to prevent algae growth.

Added rocks to the tank

Boiled beach rocks were added to the tank as well as a dwarf hair grass plant.

To combat the ammonia, I have added two plants to the tank before stocking it with fish
