Treatment

Increase fertilizer dosing with comprehensive all-in-one or macronutrient supplements; ensure adequate lighting and consider adding CO2

Green or brown algae coating leaves, reduced photosynthesis, plant decline

Treatment

Reduce lighting duration to 8-10 hours daily, increase water changes, add algae-eating shrimp or fish, improve water circulation

Melting

Leaves becoming translucent, mushy stems, rapid tissue breakdown

Treatment
