Masked Corydoras

Corydoras metae

Callichthyidae

📍 Meta River, Colombia

Ask Finn

The masked corydoras has a distinctive black stripe running diagonally across the eye and forehead, giving it a masked appearance similar to panda corydoras but with a different stripe angle and body pattern. It is a peaceful, active species well suited to community planted tanks with fine substrate.
