One of the tiniest Anubias varieties — even smaller than Petite. Leaves only 5–8 mm (0.20–0.31 in). Perfect for nano aquascapes and detail work.

Common Diseases

Algae Overgrowth

Symptoms

Green or brown algae coating leaves, reduced light penetration, plant appearance dulled

Treatment

Reduce lighting duration to 6–8 hours daily, increase water changes, add algae-eating shrimp or fish, manually remove visible algae

Nutrient Deficiency

Symptoms

Yellowing or pale leaves, stunted growth, leaf holes or necrosis

Treatment

Introduce liquid all-in-one fertilizer at recommended dose; ensure adequate macro and micronutrients; check water parameters for imbalances

Rhizome Rot

Symptoms

Soft, blackened rhizome; foul odor; leaves detaching or turning mushy

Treatment

Ensure rhizome is not buried in substrate; improve water circulation; perform partial water changes; remove affected portions if necessary

Poor Attachment

Symptoms

Plant drifting or floating; rhizome exposed; difficulty establishing in hardscape

Treatment

Use fishing line or plant weights to secure rhizome firmly to rock or wood; avoid burying the rhizome; ensure gentle water flow
